Party Venue Hire Terms and Conditions
Venue Hire Details
Our Party Venue hire includes facilities for up to 50 guests (adults and children). If you have other requirements, please let us know.
Party Times
Party times are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as follows:
- 09:00-12:00
- 14:00-17:00
Full Day or Midweek Functions

Exclusive Use of Facilities
You will have exclusive use of the following facilities:
- The self-catering venue
- Play areas
- Animal farm
Included in Venue Hire
- Private Party Venue and Playground
- Jungle Gym and Sandpits
- Swings and Slides
- Bikes, Bike Track, Balls, Toys, and other toys to run and play with.
- Full Toilet Facilities with Adults’ Toilets, Kids’ Toilets, Wheelchair Friendly Facilities and Baby Changing Area
- Safe Venue with ample parking available
- Braai area: Bring your own extras, wood, or charcoal
- Kitchen Facilities: Includes fridge and microwave
- Supervised access to farm animals for guests

- Coffee & Tea Facilities
- Glasses for adults
- Small Side Plates
- Knife for cutting cake
- White Serviettes
Supplied for up to 20 kids (max)

Tables and Chairs Provided
- Adults Tables with tablecloths
- 30 Chairs for adults
- Kids Tables with tablecloths

- Cake Table: With cloth
All items are for hire only, they must not be taken home. Charges will apply for anything missing.

Important Information
Standard Party Duration
- A standard party runs for 3 hours. The party parent can arrive 1 hour earlier for setting up and stay an extra 30 minutes to collect belongings. Any extra time will be charged for.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due 4 days prior to the party date.
Booking and Indemnity Forms
- Completion of the booking and indemnity forms is required before the party.
Venue Accessibility
- The venue is wheelchair and pram accessible but not specifically equipped.
Coordination and Party Management
- We provide the venue and services, but we do not coordinate or run your party.
Guest Access Requirements
- Guest access is by means of their cell phones and requires a guest list with cell phone numbers 4 days prior to the event.
Noise Restrictions
- No loud music is allowed.
